AODS AND THE PPA UNDER 18 CONTRACT

Volunteer Agreement

As a volunteer under the age of 18 at Acting Out Drama School (AODS) and the Professional Performance Association (PPA), I agree to the following:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • I understand that my role is to assist in children’s classes under the supervision of AODS and PPA staff.

Code of Conduct:

  • I have read and agree to comply with the AODS and PPA Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy.

Confidentiality:

  • I will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information of students and staff, in accordance with AODS and PPA policies and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Communication:

  • I will use only AODS and PPA-approved communication channels for any interactions related to my volunteer role.

Media Consent:

  • I consent to being photographed or filmed during activities for promotional purposes by AODS and PPA.

Health and Safety:

  • I will adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by AODS and PPA and report any concerns to my supervisor immediately.
