He works with performers and speakers to help them release limiting emotions, negative thoughts and or brain patterns that stop them from achieving their desired goals, whether that’s to nail a presentation, get the part you want or just stop feeling scared or nervous.

Sessions can be face-to-face or online in the comfort and safety of your own space.

Often our students only need one or two sessions to get back on track.

We encourage all our performers and speakers to try a session for deep relaxation, improving confidence, help with anxiety and/or improving performance and delivery!

Hypnosis is a proven, evidence-based practice which can be utilised to install positive change in your life. The practice is based around engaging your subconscious mind and using your natural abilities to safely bring about changes in everyday life at the conscious level.
